Welcome to your Routine Library. Please follow the steps to the routines assigned by your Résolu Method practitioner. If you do not have a product mentioned in the routine, simply move on to the next step. Proper application of products is crucial to seeing great results–please review our Product Application Videos for each step of the routines.

Important Notes

• These targeted at-home treatments are thoughtfully incorporated into your weekly routine to enhance and accelerate your results. You will likely never be instructed to use the same treatment on consecutive days or in repeated succession.
• After using a treatment for the first time, please send check-in photos three days later so we can assess your skin’s response.
• The Clarifying Treatment may cause a tingling sensation upon application—this is expected. Do not attempt to rinse off this product.
• Always rinse off your mask before moving on to the rest of your routine.
• Avoid applying active products to the eye area (except for our designated Eye Products). To protect this area, place two fingers just beneath your eyes as a barrier during application.
• Following the correct order of application is critical to your results—please read your instructions carefully.

Clarifying 

1. ULTRA FOAMING CREAM CLEANSER (1 pea-sized pump)

Buff + Brightening

• Apply product to skin
• Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes
• Use fingertips to buff dead skin cells off (short feathering motions are best)

Buff + Brightening - Amplified

5. PURIFYING PASTE (slightly more than 1/8th teaspoon) OR RETEXTURIZING CREAM (3 pumps)
   
   
6. REJUVENATING COMPLEX (2 pumps)

• Apply product to skin
• Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes
• Use fingertips to buff dead skin cells off (short feathering motions are best)

      7. ACNE CONTROL CREAM (2 pumps)

Illuminating

1. ULTRA FOAMING CREAM CLEANSER (1 pea-sized pump)
   
   
2. ILLUMINATING COMPLEX 

• Shake the vial well
• Apply one layer (1/2 contents of vial) to the skin, avoiding under-eye area
• Let set for 1-2 minutes
• Apply the remainder of product to skin, avoiding under-eye area
• Let set on skin until almost dry, approx. 3-5 minutes
• Begin manual manipulations (see video)
• Continue manipulating the skin to “roll-up” until all areas feel totally smooth and all dead skin is removed

    3. ULTRA FOAMING CREAM CLEANSER (1 pea-sized pump)

    4. PORE PERFECTING MASK

    5. BALANCING TONER (3-5 sprays)

    6. EYE PRODUCTS (see bottom of page if applicable)

    7. ZINC RECOVERY GEL (enough for full-face coverage) OR CALMING CREAM (1 pump)

PM Eye Routine

1. ZINC RECOVERY GEL OR GROWTH FACTOR (enough to cover undereyes, lids, lips)
2. HYDRATING EYE SERUM OR PM EYE REPAIR (enough to cover undereyes, lids, lips)
3. Rinse fingers before applying the rest of your skincare routine.
