By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms as part of my participation in the Résolu Method:

1. Health and Safety Disclosure
   I understand it is essential for my health and safety to fully disclose all requested information on intake forms and to my Résolu treatment team prior to beginning in-studio services or making changes to my at-home skincare protocol.
   
   
2. Cleaning Phase
   I understand that during the initial pore-correcting and cleansing phase, my skin may experience temporary dryness and flaking. This is a normal and necessary part of the rapid cellular turnover process, which is designed to target acne, rosacea, pigmentation, and signs of aging. The Résolu Method uses advanced at-home products and professional treatments to deliver these results. I acknowledge this is a temporary adjustment phase critical to achieving my desired complexion.
   
   
3. Sun Exposure during Cleaning Phase
   I understand the importance of minimizing sun exposure during the initial phase of the process due to increased photosensitivity and agree to take all precautions advised by the Résolu team.
   
   
4. Makeup and Sunscreen Guidelines
   I understand that mineral-based makeup and sunscreens may clog pores and inhibit my progress. I agree to use only the mineral-free makeup and sunscreens provided on Résolu’s approved list. If I wish to use a product not on the list, I will submit it for review and await guidance before use.
   
   
5. Facial Hair Removal Restrictions
   I understand that facial waxing, including eyebrow waxing, is prohibited during the Résolu Method as it can cause severe skin damage. Acceptable methods for facial hair removal include threading, laser, or tweezing only.
   
   
6. Results and Additional Treatments
   I understand that while the Résolu Method is designed to deliver visible results, no specific outcomes are guaranteed. I may require additional treatments or procedures to achieve my personal goals, which may incur additional cost.
   
   
7. Progress Monitoring and Photos
   I understand that submitting progress photos is a required component of the Résolu Method. These images allow the Résolu team to monitor results and adjust my regimen as needed. I agree to submit current, clear photos upon request.
   
   
8. Medical-Grade Product Use
   I understand that Résolu products are medical-grade and intended for use only under the guidance and care of a Résolu Method team member. They should not be shared with or used by individuals outside of the program.
   
   
9. Communication and Follow-Up
   I agree to follow all instructions provided by the Résolu team and understand the importance of adherence for optimal results. If I have questions or concerns, I will contact the Résolu team promptly. I understand that if I choose to consult with an outside physician, it will be at my own expense.
   
   
10. 30-Day Risk-Free Offer for First-Time Clients
    As a first-time client, I am eligible for a 30-day risk-free trial of Résolu products. If, after consistent use and in accordance with the program's instructions, I do not see any improvement in my skin concerns within 30 days of purchase, I may return the products for a full refund. This return policy does not apply to effects related to the expected drying or flaking phase, which has been fully explained to me. Only unopened products will be eligible for a refund beyond the initial 30-day period.
